Breaking Bad’s Anna Gunn To Don Scrubs For The Mindy Project

It looks like Anna Gunn will swap a meth making dying husband for scrubs and the comfort of a medical office. The Emmy Award Winning actress is currently slated to guest star on Mindy Kaling’s The Mindy Project reports HuffingtonPost.

Gunn will be playing Sheila Hamilton, Mindy’s hero and a New York OB/GYN. Gunn’s character will try to persuade Mindy to leave her present residency at Shulman & Associates. The actress who played Skyler White on Breaking Bad, will be seen in this season’s 13^th episode. It will be the first time Gunn has been seen since the AMC’s series finale.

Gunn is not the first to guest star on The Mindy Project as the series has already featured stars like James Franco, Adam Pally and Timothy Olyphant.
