The Girl On Fire is back for round two! The brand new full length Hunger Games: Catching Fire trailer has finally been released!
The trailer picks up with Katniss talking to her little sister Prim, who tells her that she has changed everything – she has brought hope to the downtrodden people of Panem. But of course, giving people hope has also made Katniss Everdeen an enemy of the state. We see president Coriolanus Snow discussing the need to “eliminate” her with a new character, Plutarch Heavensbee (played by Oscar-winner Philip Seymour Hoffman).
The world of Panem is in the midst of a revolution, and President Snow warns Katniss that if she doesn’t put a stop to it, thousands of her own people will be killed. She asks him what she needs to do to stop this, and the answer is another Hunger Games for Katniss. This time, with a twist….
