British Songstress Adele Hints At New Album Dropping This Year

Hold your breath. This might just be the coolest thing you hear today.

British singer-songwriter, Adele, who celebrated her 26^th birthday yesterday, stirred rumours of a brand new album when she tweeted a photo of herself on May 4th. The photo, a selfie, carried the caption, “Bye bye 25… See you again later in the year,” and left all of us ardent followers wondering what she meant.

The biggest possibility is that she has a third album titled ‘25’ coming out at the end of the year. Her previous two albums were titled 19 and 21, reflecting her age when they were written.

Adele, described as the most ‘unique’ voice among all the current popstars, is known to enthrall listeners with her heartbreaking yet powerful songs. Her last album, 21, broke several records and got her six Grammys. If she indeed has a new EP coming out this year, it would have high hopes riding on it.

Of course, all of this is pure speculation. But wouldn’t it be absolutely fantastic if it did turn out to be true? What do y’all think?
