Rumors of a collaboration between pop princess Britney Spears and hot-right-now rapstress Iggy Azalea have been floating around for a while. With the latter recently confirming that the two have actually joined forces, she now went on to spill more beans.
During a recent interview, Iggy Azalea made public that she is featured on Britney Spears’ upcoming single, which is scheduled to serve as the first offering from her upcoming, ninth studio album. She even revealed that it is set to drop early in 2015, assuming the record will follow a bit later.
The “Fancy” star stated she will be attending Britney Spears’ Piece Of Me show in Las Vegas and hopes to meet her, since the two have that track coming out next year. Here’s what she had to say about what went down with the collaboration:
“She said she would like to work with me in an interview, and they kind of reached out. We recorded a few different things. One of those ended just being undeniably great. Hopefully everybody will get to hear it at the beginning of next year.”
