That looked PAINFUL.
Last night during her ‘Piece of Me’ residency show, Britney Spears rolled her ankle during her “Crazy” performance and fell to the ground.
Brit tried to gather herself and stayed on the ground duringsome of the choreography for a few seconds, before getting helped to her feet by her dancers.

Brit carried on into the next song “Till The World Ends”, but was still visibly limping.
With all of the promotional work (including a Billboard Music Awards performance) coming for new single “Pretty Girls”, one had to wonder if our pop queen was okay.
Brit herself set the record straight when she tweeted last night:
Thank you for all of the sweet wishes! Had a little scare on stage tonight with my ankle but I’m ok! ❤️
