Things are hotting up in the world of Britney Spears! She is all set to appear on Good Morning America this Tuesday, September 17, to announce something spectacular. We just don’t quite know what.
Her appearance seems to tie in with the countdown that was launched a while back on her official website so we are positive that Brit has something special in the works.
It is rumoured that she is planning to announce her Las Vegas residency in some way. It could be a live performance, which would be something we haven’t seen Britney do on television for a while. So we hope that’s what it is!
Britney fans are eagerly awaiting the release of her eighth studio album, which should hit shelves before the Christmas holidays, so her big secret could have something to do with that.
We recently reported that her first single is expected to be titled “Werk Bitch” but as of yet we have had no confirmation. Producer Jean Baptiste did appear to support the rumour last weekend, though.
Britney’s publicist told Digital Spy that “Britney has been using a vocal coach and going to regular sessions and has also been working hard with her choreographer in preparation for what’s coming up! With album eight on its way and a rumoured Las Vegas residency in the pipeline, eagle-eyed fans have spotted that all of Britney’s social networks have adopted a blacked-out theme… the mystery continues!”
With this in mind, a performance does seem likely, we just hope that Britney’s big secret lives up to the hype!
