More than five years after her death, Brittany Murphy’s last film, Something Wicked, comes out in theaters next week.
Something Wicked opens on April 4th in Eugene, Oregon, at the Regal Valley River Center 15. The film will later be released to 19 other theaters throughout the month.
The psychological thriller was directed by Darin Scott and filmed in 2009, prior Murphy’s death that December at the age of 32 from pneumonia, anemia and drug intoxication.
Murphy plays the role of a psychiatrist named Susan, who observes a weakening relationship between a newlywed couple after a traumatic car crash.
The movie also stars One Tree Hill’s Shantel VanSanten and John Robinson.
