Pamela Anderson and Rick Salomon’s romance might be the very definition of the “it’s complicated” relationship status.
Photographers snapped shots of the husband and wife kissing and embracing during what looked like a romantic holiday in Sardinia, Italy this past weekend. The photos themselves aren’t too shocking, until you realize that Anderson filed for divorce from Salomon at the beginning of this month!
This craziness is actually nothing new for the actress and her movie producer/pro poker player paramour. The couple first married in 2007, with Anderson filing for divorce less than two months later. The first marriage was eventually dissolved through an annulment, but obviously the two hadn’t had enough of their “unique” relationship, as they re-married in January of this year.
Perhaps the “hot mess” nature of the relationship is part of the appeal for the celebrity couple. Both are certainly no stranger to high-profile, high-drama romances. Anderson was previously involved in volatile marriages to Tommy Lee and Kid Rock, and Salomon’s past relationships include Shannen Doherty and Paris Hilton.
Pam and Rick also have the dubious distinction of having both “starred” in celebrity sex tapes, Anderson with Lee, and Salomon with Hilton.
