Marshmallows are you ready? Because today the first two minutes of the much anticipated Veronica Mars Movie was released.
The movie based on Rob Thomas’s show of the same name starring Kristen Bell released the first two minutes of the film which features an opening sequence that recaps the viewers of the first three seasons of the show. It’s a refresher that not only reminds the fans of the show but also people who are just getting into it.
The opening sequence is a nice recap mentioning Veronica life as a teenage P.I. during her years at Neptune from wanting to solve her best friend Lilly Kane’s murder, to her love with Logan Echolls (Jason Dohring) and how her social life changed when her father Keith Mars (Enrico Colantoni) accused the wrong man for her best friends murder.
With Mars Investigations was born.
The best part of the opening sequence of the Veronica Mars Movie is what Veronica says at the end that will had die-hard fans of the show screaming.
“The New Me? People say I’m a marshmallow”
Well Veronica Mars is set to hit screens March 14, 2014, that’s about two weeks and 14 days for you to binge watch the first three seasons (64 episodes) or just reminisce in the power that is Veronica Mars. They did raise about $5.7 Million when Rob Thomas launched the kickstarter.com March 13, 2013 even surpassing the 2 Million dollar goal.
So fellow marshmallows are you excited? Were you waiting for a certain theme song to play after that opening sequence?
