Channing Tatum Talks Burlesque Docuseries Bourbon Street

Channing Tatum is taking his business ventures and his knowledge of stripping and using them to explore the small screen.

The Magic Mike star is in the midst of preparation for an A&E docuseries pilot about the performers at his own Saints and Sinners club. The venue, which is located on New Orleans’ Bourbon Street, features live burlesque entertainment.

“Bourbon Street is insane,” Tatum said on Digital Spy. “[It] is one of the most crazy places I’ve ever been in my life, and all the characters you meet there should be on a reality show.”

Though the actor was unsure whether he would be appearing in the series, he is definitely involved in the production, which began in October. Tatum will executive produce the series alongside friend and business partner Keith Kurtz. The pair opened Saints and Sinners last year.
