Channing Tatum is getting ready to star in another romantic comedy. However ladies, before you start picturing him as his role in The Vow, it might not be exactly what you have in mind.
Tatum will star along with Saturday Night Live newcomer, John Milhiser, in the upcoming as yet unnamed gay romantic comedy. Paul Feig, director of Bridesmaids, will also be directing this film. Feig says that the movie will, “turn the genre [rom coms] on its head.”
According to Digital Spy, the film will revolve around, “an average looking guy becoming romantically involved with a very attractive man.”
No release date has been set for the movie, however have no fear, because there will still be plenty of chances to catch Channing in other projects.
The Magic Mike star has been confirmed to be a guest star on The Simpsons and has started filming the sequel to 21 Jump Street, appropriately called, 22 Jump Street. 22 Jump Street is set to release sometime next year, in 2014.
