As Cheryl Cole prepares to re-launch her music career she is making some necessary changes, and one of them is her management team.
The “Fight For This Love” star fired rapper will.i.am as her manager and is going to Modest Management who can boast X Factor contestants such as One Direction, Little Mix, and Olly Murs.
After a six-month break from show-biz following the break-up of her girl band Girls Aloud, Cole is working on a three-year comeback plan that involves her fourth solo album which has a release date for next year.
Along with the new album, Modest is already taking over working with Polydor, the 30-year-old’s record label, and dealing with her L’Oreal endorsement deal.
The split with her American company comes with her decision to give up trying to make it big in America. After getting fired from The X Factor USA in 2011 after three weeks as a judge Cole decided to just stay in the UK where she was already big.
“Cheryl had originally brought in a new and experienced team to help her with cracking America when news of her X Factor USA signing broke,” a source told The Sunday Mirror.
