The British are at it again. Looking for a golden ticket? No, we aren’t talking about Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, we’re talking about Coldplay.
In advance of their highly anticipated album, Ghost Stories, the band hid 9 lyric sheets, handwritten by frontman Chris Martin, in libraries around the globe.
Locations ranged from the USA to Spain and even all the way to New Zealand… but what’s the catch?
Well, anyone lucky enough to get their hands on said lyric sheets was eligible for an all-expenses-paid trip to see the band play London’s Royal Albert Hall on July 1st.
Unfortunately, all of the letters have been found, but the lovely quartet are providing all interested fans with a FREE lyric book anyway.
With all of this excitement, I’m sure Coldplay fans are amped for the upcoming release of Ghost Stories, which is released May 16th. Besides, this should give Chris Martin something to keep his mind off of his recent separation from wife, Gwyneth Paltrow.
