The one and only Will Farrell looks to be headed back into television. A new comedy show called Mission Control has been picked up by NBC.
The show is said to be an astronaut-themed comedy produced by comedy legend Will Ferell and Adam McKay.
The series received a pilot order from NBC and tells the story of a woman in the 1962 space race attempting to have a successful career in a male-dominated environment.
This isn’t Ferrell’s and McKay’s first time producing together as they have worked on other TV projects recently, such as the series The Spoils of Babylon, which airs Thursdays on IFC.
