A rumor that’s been flying around the internet ever since Demi Lovato has been cast in season five of Glee has been confirmed.
In an interview on the 2013 Video Music Award’s red carpet, Naya Rivera said that pal Demi Lovato’s character Dani will be a love interest for Santana in the upcoming season.
When asked how Lovato’s character will add to mix, Rivera said: Everything, I mean she’s playing my love interest so I’m very, very excited about that. We get to sing a song together”
She also said that Santana will bring Demi’s character “to the dark side.”
Naya was also asked about how filming was going on the tribute episode for Cory Monteith. She said that “It’s the worst thing that’s ever happened to me. It is the hardest thing to do. It’s been the worst week ever.”
