The hit High School Musical trilogy was a big break for star, Corbin Bleu and this starring role from years ago is what’s gotten him onto this season’s edition of Dancing with the Stars. If you watch the dancing show you know that the stars try to recruit stars that they are friendly with to watch them on the show.
There’s a star in mind that Corbin wants to come see him this season.
So who’s the star that he’s hoping to see seated in his corner? Well that would be none other than his friend and former co-star Zac Efron. When speaking to Life & Style he expressed that he would love for his High School Musical co-star to support him in the ballroom this season.
“I really hope [Zac stops by], I don’t know [if he will] at the moment. Everybody is obviously very busy, so it all just depends on scheduling, but I’m hoping to get everybody here!”
He was also asked about the reports that Efron had spend time in rehab earlier this year and he had nothing but positive thoughts to send to his friend.
“I’m not sure where he is, but I wish him the best,”
After asking about Efron there was one final question for Bleu. That was why decide to do a High School Musical routine.
His response: “I had to get it out of the way at the beginning and now we can show where we’re going,”
Where Bleu is going we’re not quite sure, but what we do know is that with what we’ve seen so far that it should be a fun ride to see him grow as a dancer on the show. You can check out his dance moves when the show airs every Monday at 8/7 central on ABC.
