We don’t know about you, but these daily updates from the team at Craig the Genie are getting us so excited to see the final product! We’re just six days in and over $8,200 has been raised! As promised the team (Joey Richter, Brandon Blanks, Jordan Kelley, Andrew James Parkhill, and Patrick McLaughlin) have been posting daily updates to their Kickstarter.

Over the weekend they have launched the Craig the Genie Instagram, have promised new videos every Saturday, declared Super Fan Sunday, and Thank You Monday.

Super Fan Sunday will consist of fans’ art/creativity being featured by the team. This past weekend, they showed off gif sets, this coming week, they are looking for fan art to feature. So get creative and submit your best Craig artwork to the team.

Thank You Monday featured a video of the team thanking all of the backers (thus far) for their support, next week will be this week’s group of backers, and so on.

If you are a backer and you haven’t gotten access to the instagram account (it’s private), contact the team via Kickstarter with your Instagram username and then request to follow the account (Craig the Genie).

In case youv’e missed our previous stories, Craig the Genie is an episodic comedy series that follows three slacker friends, one of whom is a genie, through their attempts at growing up and getting their lives together. Craig usually hinders these attempts at reform. You can help make this show a reality (and get some cool prizes) by donating to the Kickstarter here: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1936455643/craig-the-genie-pilot-episode
