When she isn’t filming her reality show “Raising Asia”, posing for ads, or entering dance competitions, little miss Asia Monet Ray found time to record a Christmas single. You might remember the young powerhouse from my interview with her back in August where I was enamored by her wit, personality, and ambition.

Well the 9-year-old triple-threat is so ambitious she decided to cover a Christmas song by one of the most supreme vocalists of our generation, Christina Aguilera. “Christmas Time” was a hit back in 2000 for the Mouseketeer-alumnus, and Asia is determined to do it justice.

In the video below, you’ll see that, just like Christina, Asia spared no expense to prove that a Christmas single can be a fresh and fun song amidst the classics. Whether sitting with her new puppy in front of the Christmas tree or having a dance party with her friends, Asia shows that she’s got this whole music video thing down pat. After a very on-point dance breakdown (because obvi), she even tackles the rhymes by (then a very Lil) Bow Wow in the bridge!
