The horror video game Dead by Daylight is about to add yet another horror icon to the franchise – the one and only Jigsaw.
If you are a horror genre fan, there’s a good chance you at least know about the popular game Dead by Daylight. With over 10 playable villains and growing, it has opened the door for your favorite horror icons to be featured in a immersive horror game. So far characters like Freddy Krueger, Leatherface and Michael Myers have stalked their way into the game but a new teaser video has provided fans with an idea that we might be seeing Jigsaw (to an extent) enter the fold very soon. The teaser shows a few traps made famous by the film, but doesn’t provide any release date or additional information other than the familiar tagline, “Let’s play a game.”
Luckily for those with a lack of patience, a redditor has found supposed leaks of the character from the Saw universe that we’ll be seeing along with some interesting perks listed below:

Power
Forever devoted to her master’s cause, she punished the ungrateful and the guilty with slyness and murderous puzzles. The Pig can move stealthily, dash in ambush attacks and put deadly Reverse Bear Traps on Survivors’ heads.
Use the Secondary Power interaction to assume a crouching position. While crouching:
The Pig has no Terror Radius.
Activate the attack interaction to dash and perform an ambush attack.
Start the trial with 4 Reverse Bear Traps:
Reverse Bear Traps are put on Dying Survivors.
Reverse Bear Traps automatically sacrifice the survivor when they trigger.
Reverse Bear Traps trigger automatically beyond the Exit Gates.
Reverse Bear Traps trigger once their timers expire.
Reverse Bear Traps timer start when a generator is completed.
Survivors can free themselves from Reverse Bear Traps by searching Jigsaw Boxes found around the map to find the correct key.

With Freddy’s reveal being spoiled in a similar method, it seems very likely that we could be seeing Pighead carying out the gruesome methods of killing from his mentor Jigsaw. Seeing Dead by Daylight evolve into such an elaborate game with true nods to horror fans makes each and every move mroe exciting – we can’t wait to see the next update and whatever Dead by Daylight has in store for us in the future (Ghostface please!)
