Every action has consequence, and in the trailer for the eighth and final season of Dexter released this weekend, Debra (Jennifer Carpenter) is hit hard with those consequences as the walls begin to close in on the serial killer.
It was confirmed last month that the show will end its run after the eighth season, however David Nevins, president of Showtime, has said that a spinoff is not out of the running.
Many guest stars signed up to appear in the final season including Bethany Joy Lenz (One Tree Hill), Nick Gomez (The Walking Dead), and Sean Patrick Flanery (The Boondock Saints).
The final season will premier June 30th on Showtime.
