Not very wise to bite the hand that feeds you, Whoopi!
According to a new report, there is already some drama backstage at The View–and that’s before Rosie O’Donnell has even made her official return!
During a test taping today, Rosie and Whoopi sat down with potential co-anchor, CNN’s S.E. Cupp. The argument turned heated quickly when discussing abortion. It’s The View though, hence why the topic probably DID come up.
Immediately, Rosie and S.E. clashed, with Whoopi firing off a defensive shot at Cupp as well but it was what Goldberg said off stage that is causing the news.
Apparently backstage, after the taping and in front of PRODUCERS, Whoopi made this comment, saying she had been “working with a cranky 85-year-old woman who’s mad about everything for 2 years, and I need a break.”
No word if the “break” was a dig at O’Donnell or Cupp, but the dig at Babs?
PRETTY CLEAR.
Now, it’s being said that Cupp, a staunch conservative, clashed with Rosie immediately.
My guess?
It’s EXACTLY what the show wants!!
