Disney’s Dapper Dans Perform In-Flight Surprise

Disney’s Dapper Dans, a four-piece barber group, left the Magic Kingdom on Monday to celebrate Southwest Airlines’ first non-stop Dallas-Orlando trip.

If you’re a fan of barbers, Disney, or fun in general, and was flying from Dallas to Orlando with Southwest Airlines on Monday October 13th, you were in for a massive treat. Passengers on the flight got a big surprise from none other than Disney’s very own Dapper Dans!

The Dapper Dans is a well-known four-piece, with all members of the group being barbers. Last Monday, they left the Magic Kingdom on board a Southwest Airlines flight. For the very first time ever, the group got to perform in the air, for the other passengers on the plane. Apart from the live show, everyone received a pair of Mickey Mouse ears, Mickey-shaped sweet stuff, and tickets to attend Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Party back at the Magic Kingdom. What a massive treat indeed, Disney fan or not!

But Flight #887 was not just any other Southwest Airlines flight. It served as the very first non-stop trip from Dallas to Orlando. Therefore, it had to be celebrated! What better way to do it? We think the Magic Kingdom did a really great thing here. The lucky passengers of the flight will definitely keep that as something to remember. Not to mention the awesome Not-So-Scary Party they’re all invited to!

What do you think? Do you wish you’d been on the plane and seen it yourself? Are you visiting Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Party this month? Tell us in the comment section below!
