Own an Xbox One? Looking forward to Evolve? Well, you’re in luck!
As it turns out, it was revealed during Microsoft’s E3 presentation today that the inventive, action-filled first-person-shooter will have an open beta premiering in the near future, and it’s coming EXCLUSIVELY to the Xbox One! As if that isn’t enough, all Evolve downloadable content add-ons will launch first on the Xbox One, making for an exclusivity deal made in gamer Heaven for Microsoft fans.
Evolve follows the tale of four hunters as they hunt a super-sized, monstrous beast. The catch? You can choose to play as the beast if you see fit, and attack the hunters in hectic multi-player 4 vs 1 matches!
It’s an idiosyncratic idea, but we like it. We’ll be able to see just how it is received as E3 carries on, as it’ll be in playable form for all patrons.
Evolve is being developed by Left 4 Dead’s Turtle Rock studios and is currently slated for an October 21, 2014 release. Keep Up With PopWrapped On The Web!
