Britain’s newest ginger sensation may have just been promoted from the A-Team to the A-List.
The British singer announced Wednesday that he will be performing at the Grammy Awards with Elton John.
Ed is nominated for Song of the Year with his hit “The A-Team”. Ed found out about his original nomination in the weirdest way.
“I got kidnapped by the Wanted boys. They took me on their tour bus and I found out after six or seven beers, which for me, I’m a very cheap date. I can’t really handle too many beers,” he told MTV News. “So I was in a state anyway and, yeah, I just had loads of giggle fits.”
Ed Sheeran will be the latest sensation to perform with Elton John, the last being Lady Gaga when they did a mash-up of “Speechless” and “Your Song”.
