Eminem Drops Video For Sia-Assisted “Guts Over Fear”

Eminem has been promoting his Sia-assisted single, “Guts Over Fear”, for quite a while now, but the music video has just arrived.

Eminem has been pushing his latest Sia-assisted single, “Guts Over Fear”, for quite a while now. First it was included in the soundtrack for the film The Equalizer and now it is part of his compilation album, Shady XV. The promotion goes on strong with the premiere of the track’s accompanying music video.

Directed by Syndrome, the clip stars actor Al Sapienza and model Chantelle Brown-Young. The former plays a boxer, fighting his way in the ring and in life. He is about to get kicked out of his house and owes a whole lot of money from unpaid bills, while his girlfriend is pregnant. The latter rocks Sia’s hair-styled wig, who keeps up her non-famous attitude and doesn’t make an appearance in the clip. Eminem is simply seen rapping from a warehouse, without wearing those boxing gloves as expected from the previews.

The visuals for “Guts Over Fear” finds Eminem getting back to his roots, as he returned to Detroit for the shoot. Even though we’re already familiar with the song from its premiere as the Equalizer theme song, we should embrace its ShadyXV release, as it’svery much likely that there will be the only official release for the album’s launch.

Take a look at the video below.
