Eminem is preparing for the release of a brand-new compilation album, ShadyXV, including highlight tracks from artists signed to his label, Shady Records. The lead single is the Sia-assisted original “Guts Over Fear”, and the rapper has now shared a very first photo from the set of the music video.
As it seems, the visuals are going to be boxing-themed, as the photo seen above finds him with a robe and gloves on. He definitely looks badass as a boxer, doesn’t he?! Eminem went on to reveal that the clip was being shot in Detroit, while it will be directed by Syndrome. No word has gotten out regarding Sia’s presence in it, but the songwriter will most likely not make an appearance.
ShadyXV will serve as a double disc release, including both new and old tracks from Shady Records. “Guts Over Fear” is definitely a promising first glimpse at the collection. In addition to that, the tune is also included in the soundtrack of upcoming thriller film, The Equalizer. Eminem and Sia’s duet is the movie’s theme song.
