Fashion designer L’Wren Scott was found by her assistant, dead in her Manhattan apartment this morning around 10 a.m.

According to sources, “Her body, discovered hanging from a scarf tied to a doorknob in her apartment on 11th Avenue.”

L’Wren, 47, was dating Rolling Stones front man Mick Jagger.
