The hit murder-mystery series Broadchurch is starting to shoot the second season of the show in Dorset, England.
The producer of ITV announced that David Tennant and Olivia Colman will return to their roles as Detective Alex Hardy and Detective Ellie Miller. Jodie Whitaker, Andrew Buchan, and Arthur Darvill will also be returning for season two.
Chris Chibnall will write the new season as he did the first, and he explained that the new episodes “will be completely different from the previous ones”.
BBC America is set to air the first season of a Broadchurch adaptation called Gracepoint. The premiere will be a 10-episode “event series” airing this coming fall.
