Here we are again with another Fifty Shades of Grey casting announcement.
Today’s reveal is that another of Anastasia’s stepfathers, Ray, has been cast. He will be played by British actor Callum Keith Rennie.
Ray is Ana’s first stepfather (for those not familiar with the novels, Ana’s mother has been married four times) and the man she considers her “real” father.
Callum Keith Rennie has most recently been a part of the adventure film The Young and Prodigious T.S. Spivet, where he starred alongside Helena Bonham Carter and the indie feature Ride, with Helen Hunt.
With the cast now almost complete, Rennie adds his name alongside Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson, with Rita Ora, Eloise Mumford, Luke Grimes, Victor Rasuk, Jennifer Ehle, Max Martini, Jason Taylor and Marcia Gay Harden rounding out the list.
Fifty Shades of Grey is now filming in Vancouver and is slated for release Valentine’s Day weekend, 2014.
