First Glimpse At Benedict Cumberbatch And Martin Freeman In Sherlock Special

Sherlock fans have been craving for news on the show and as it seems, there’s a table read for the Special and a photo of the characters released.

The fourth season of Sherlock might seem like a million years away from now, but thankfully the series will satisfy the fans with the much talked-about Sherlock Special. Thankfully, we now just got our first look at the beloved detective duo in this upcoming television event.

Earlier today, a photo with a draft script was shared on Twitter, indicating that a table read through was to take place this week. As hours went by and the fans started rejoicing, it was about time for a first photo of our long-time-no-see Sherlock Holmes and John Watson – seen above. Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman seem to have gone the classy way in this teaser picture, as they both rock a more official looks with top hats and everything.

With the filming of the Sherlock Special scheduled to begin early next year, the anticipated episode is expected to air sometime in late 2015, possibly around Christmas. After all, that kind of release schedule would create hype for the next, fourth season, which will not premiere until 2016.

What do you think of the newly revealed teaser photo? Do you think you can wait another year for Sherlock to come back? Let us know by leaving a comment below.
