Drop Everything, Venkman. We Got One! The First Images From The Ghostbusters Set

Drop everything, Venkman. We got one! Stop what you’re doing immediately! The first photos from the set of Ghostbusters have emerged and they rule!

When Director Paul Feig (Bridesmaids) announced via Twitter on Thursday that filming on the new Ghostbusters was about to begin – he wasn’t kidding around!

The first pictures from the set have already emerged at hollywoodlife.com and they are all levels of awesome!

The images show Melissa McCarthy grasping what could be a type of Ghost Trap, with Kate McKinnon rocking a crazy look I’m already obsessed with.

We can also see a more serious Kristen Wiig who may have resorted to working in the “private sector” *eek*.

Although some cast members are yet to be spotted (namely Chris Hemsworth and Leslie Jones) you can’t help but be excited by these first glimpses and suddenly July 2016 seems too far away.

Hollywoodlife.com have also teased some gossip on two of the stars of the original film, saying Bill Murray and Dan Aykroyd have been approached to make a cameo in the reboot, but with no confirmation on that, lets just continue to enjoy the pictures of the new team as they get to work.
