It looks like movie goers will be spending April 2015 being scared all over again. It has been announced that studio FilmDistrict, now part of Focus Features, will be making a third installment in the Insidious series.
Whether Insidious 3, which will be released on April 3, 2015, will repeat the success of the first two, especially Insidious 2 which grossed $41 million when it opened in September, is up in the air.
Leigh Whannell will return as writer for this new movie. However, according to reports, no director has been announced yet.
