19-year-old Emmanuel Jesus Rangel has been charged with three counts of 1st degree murder for the deaths of Mirjana Puhar (ex-Top Model Contestant), Jusmar Isiah Gonzaga-Garcia, and Jonathan Cosme Alvarado. Police believe drugs were the motive and have not disclosed how the three were killed. The bodies of all three victims were found on Tuesday in a Charlotte, N.C. home after an unknown individual tipped the police off.
Police and a fellow neighbor suspected the killer was someone close to the victims. Rangel was arrested Wednesday morning and charged with four counts of murder. The fourth being a shooting that occurred at Microtel Inn, leaving one person dead.
Neighbors claimed that the three victims had only just moved in a couple months ago and that they weren’t that familiar with them. Fellow neighbor Quay Teasley stated, “Only the people who did it and the people who passed away know exactly what happened.”
Tyra Banks and Ken Mok both confirmed that Puhar had indeed been a contestant on last year’s cycle of America’s Next Top Model.
No further information has been disclosed in regards to Rangel’s trial or his definite motive.
