Christopher Edwin Breaux no longer exists. Let me save you the trouble of Google-ing who that may be. You may know him better as Frank Ocean. TMZ reports the R&B singer filed paperwork to make his stage name his official name.
Name changes are not all that uncommon in the world— Chad Ochocinco, Meta World Peace, even Prince (there’s no keyboard shortcut for his symbol-phase, but you get the picture).
While those name changes went over pretty simply, Ocean is having to work a little harder for the name change— an announcement has to appear in a newspaper on four separate occasions.
Will the real Frank Ocean please stand up? Or not so the name change can be official.
