Game Of Thrones is currently filming its upcoming fifth season, to arrive sometime later in 2015. As the shooting goes on, more and more details arrive on a daily basis with a particular, infamous scene filmed recently and photos are finding their way online.
Now, if you are not here for spoilers, make sure you get out of here right now and never look back.
This past Friday (Oct. 3), Croatia’s Dubrovnik was once again turned into the on-screen Westeros’ captial, King’s Landing. In the surfaced photos from the Game Of Thrones set, we can see David Nutter is possibly the director responsible for Cersei’s (Lena Headey) walk of shame. In addition to that, we get a closer look at Headey’s character during her abuse. Cersei’s blonde locks are gone, while her back seems all dirty and covered in blood, with the crowd awfully shaming her:
No other significant character is seen, as only citizens and guards appear.
It looks like the scene draws much from the story-telling of the books. What can be seen in the photos definitely has something from what one would imagine when first reading about the event. If anything, it seems equally harsh, doesn’t it?
With Nutter on director duty, the episode with the pivotal scene will most likely end up being the ninth or tenth in the upcoming season of Game Of Thrones. Take a look at the rest of the photos here.
