The true ruler of Westeros has been announced! Well, no, not really, but we have some news that could tide you over until then. Game of Thrones Ice and Fire: A Foreshadowing aired tonight (Sunday) on HBO, giving fans a sneak peak at what’s in store for the show’s fourth season.

The television giant has spared no expense leading up to the new season premiere, which is still several months away. The fifteen minute Foreshadowing is the longest look any of us have had at season four. Cast members sit down to answer fan questions, new characters are introduced, and the fate of those we have grown to love revealed.

The medieval fantasy will not back down, and it looks like you’ll need a few boxes of tissues when the action–and heartbreaking romance–returns to your screens.

The HBO favorite, which is based on the Song of Ice and Fire series by George RR Martin, will break its nearly one-book-per-season trend, covering the second half of A Storm of Swords. While none of these books are lacking in material, fans can look forward to a bit more detail in this coming season.
