Westeros, you ready?! The air date for HBO’s mega-popular Game of Thrones has been revealed, and it’s closer than I realized!

April 12, 2015 is officially GoT day in the States! And not only does this mean the return of the highly anticipated show, it means that we will also be introduced to a ton of new characters, as well as get a glimpse of Dorne, the home of the late, great Prince Oberyn.

They’re also trying something new this month before the official air date. Season 4’s final two episodes will air in choice IMAX theaters throughout the country and will feature an extended trailer for Season 5.

I have high hopes for this season (okay, every season) so this news has got me thirsting for some wine and intrigue!

We’ve also been gifted some painfully short teasers, I’m talking like, eleven seconds short. But, hey; it’s better than nothing, right? You can check them out below and, if you’re so inclined, you can sign up at threeeyedraven.com to receive text notifications with links to upcoming teasers.
