As customers began placing the pre-orders for the highly anticipated Super Mario Maker from GAME, they began to notice something not quite right. Many received several confirmation emails about the game. However, it became clear that the issue was more than just a technical hiccup. People were actually getting charged multiple times for the game, some up to seven times.
The issue became so bad that some customers were forced to cancel their pre-order to avoid more charges, and even caused others to overdraw from their bank accounts.

While GAME’s help and support center has been working to fix the problem, customers are still being overcharged.
