TheFineBros do a fantastic job capturing viewers’ attention and tickling our funny bones with their “[whoever] react” videos. They only way to make it even funnier is when they have a celebrity guest.
An example would be their most recent video which has young adolescents testing out the historic gaming device itself, the Nintendo Entertainment System which has special guest, and my personal favorite character, Arya Stark herself, Maisie Williams.
It’s really awesome when a celebrity agrees to sit down and help out a popular web series, as well as relate to fellow viewers–in this case gamers.
What I find interesting about this video is not just Maisie’s reaction to the NES, but every teens’ reaction. They have no idea what the original masterpiece looked like nor have ANY idea how to operate it.
They are completely dumbfounded and even go as far as mock the device. C’mon you youngsters, give respect to the device that revived the gaming industry, respect your elder gamers…man I’m old.
Aside from the reactions, what makes this video amazing is that they have little blips of information about the NES. The most noticeable fact is that blowing dust out of the games can actually damage the coils! Guess it was always mind over matter.
