A gay couple from Dallas, Texas had an out of this world engagement with a Doctor Who themed photo shoot.
TJ Mundell (Tenth Doctor ) and Timmy Patterson (Ninth Doctor) might just have won the prize for coolest engagement photos with these snaps of them as the Timelord, complete with custom built TARDIS.
The photos were taken by wedding photographers Shaun and Shannon Menary, of Shaun Menary Photography. They certainly capture the romance of the occasion and excitement of the show.
They said, “Between running a business together, living together, and travelling through time and space together… an unhealthy obsession with a TV show is what keeps some sliver of sanity in our lives!”
TJ went on to say, “He proposed while we were hiking on a mountain in Japan last November. We were surrounded by monkeys and were almost killed by a giant Japanese wasp.”
Well, it’s certainly adventurous!
