The first promo for season three of New Girl has finally been released on the Internet!
Though only 30 seconds long, the clip provides plenty of clues of what to expect in the coming season. We see Nick (Jack Johnson) and Jess (Zooey Deschenel) heading to Mexico, while Schmidt (Max Greenfield) is still trying to decide whether he wants to be with Cece (Hannah Simone) or Elizabeth (Merritt Wever).

As we previously reported, this new season will also include some special guests, including former star of Don’t Trust the B—— in Apartment 23, Dreama Walker. Her character is set to make life for Jess at her new school a living hell, tormenting our favorite Pollyanna-wannabe. Also set for an appearance is Angela Kinsey of The Office, which Digital Spy describes as “a snobby teacher who clashes with Jess as well.”
It sounds like Jess will be pretty busy this season trying to survive all of these crazy run ins, and surely, she will handle it with her quirky attitude and random outbursts of singing.
The latest season of New Girl will premiere this Tuesday, September 17, on Fox at 9/8c.
