I hope I got your attention, because I have some fabulous news! You can download The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection for free! Yes, you read that right–FREE! The whole game is free. However, it seems you have a very limited time to get the game. This special may end July 31st. Whether or not it will run beyond then, I don’t know.
However, if you do miss out on this game, there will be other freebees available. EA will continue to provide ‘free Origin games.’ To gain access to this deal (the games are ad-free), you will need an account with Origin. Then, ‘you have to redeem the product code “I-LOVE-THE-SIMS”… For more detailed instructions you can check EA’s official page here.” After that, you are set! You can play the game as much as you want.
In this package you will get the following expansion packs: University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, FreeTime, and Apartment Life. The only downside is that EA just discontinued support for The Sims 2. But, that shouldn’t be too much of a problem. While you’re there, be sure to check out Peggle (which is also free to download and play).
