TLC is back with a new song.
The girl-group released “Meant to Be” co-written by Ne-Yo, from their new album “20”.
The fifth album is named in celebration of this being TLC’s twentieth anniversary. The album, released by members Tionne ‘T-Boz’ Watkins and Rozaonda ‘Chilli’ Thomas, includes not only the group’s greatest hits- like “Waterfalls”, “No Scrubs”, and “Unpretty”-but some new material as well, including ‘Posh Life’ which was written by Lady Gaga.
“Not one artist has said no, and that’s amazing and a blessing. We’ve been gone for a minute. But to see everyone coming to us like, ‘Yo! We heard y’all working, I gotta be down!’ That’s amazing,” T-Boz said.
The album is set to come out October 15 in the US and is to pay tribute to member Lisa ‘Left Eye’ Lopes, who died in 2002 after a car crash.
