The Hunger Games saga is nearing a close as we await the release of Mockingjay, Part 2. While we patiently wait, Jennifer Lawrence has given us the gift of a movie still on her Facebook page. It looks like the gang is in the Capitol ready to take care of business.
Hypable.com shared the photo and the teaser that came with it: “6.9.15 #MockingjayPart2 #Unite.” They speculate that means a trailer could be here as early as Tuesday. Hopefully, “the odds will be ever in our favor.”
Courtesy of ZimbioThis week also marked the beginning of the “Mockingjay, Part 2” campaign on their twitter account, where a poster was revealed showing the decapitated statue of President Snow. Things are looking up for the rebels!
This film will take place where the last one left off and if it’s anything like the book, it will be packed with action. The ending to this series will mark the close of yet another young adult franchise, unless of course, they find some steam to continue the story telling. I won’t be the one saying, “No… no more, Liam Hemsworth.”
