Olympic record breaker and most decorated medalist of all time, Michael Phelps, announced via Instagram that he and his future wife, Nicole Johnson, are expecting a son.
Phelps has dated the former beauty queen on and off for almost a decade, and she was by his side when he decided to check into rehab back in 2014 following his second DUI arrest.
Phelps proposed in February, but there is no word yet on when or where the wedding will take place. However, Phelps has said in the past that it will not happen until after he competes in the upcoming 2015 Summer Olympics, which will take place in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Phelps, who is 30, has collected 18 gold and 22 overall medals in the past three Olympics, and he hopes to add to his collection next summer.
