Google has been known to be efficient when it comes to Google Talk, as well as Google Hangouts. Google has recently reported a service interruption. The application was down for a long while, resulting in some login problems for a majority of it’s users. Problems were reported around 4:15pm in the United Kingdom.
Google said, “We’re investigating reports of an issue with Google Talk. We will provide more information shortly. We will provide an update on 3/17/2014 at 6:15pm with more information on this problem.”
The dashboard page indicated there were access issues that may occur with Google Docs, as well as Google Sheets. Google did report later that Google Talk had already been restored for some of it’s users, and that they hope a full resolution will happen for all users at some point soon.
