Hannah Baker (Katherine Langford) won't just be in flashbacks for the second season of 13 Reasons Why. She will also be appearing in the series as a ghost!
Now we are not sure if the show which is heavily grounded on reality is venturing out towards the supernatural or if Hannah's apparition is nothing more than a hallucination. Apparently the specter will only be appearing to the main character,Clay (Dylan Minette) who at one point in the season asked her if she is corporeal?
But then again if one remembers the first season, having Hannah as a ghost, or a hallucination of Clay is not really that big of a leap. There were several instances wherein Clay did catch glimpses of Hannah in the present day, and not just remember her in the flashbacks. So technically the second season will just be heavily expanding on that but this time it appears that Clay will be actively interacting with Hannah at present time.
Hey that sort of plot device did work with Grey's Anatomy right?
The entire second season of 13 Reasons Why will be available on Netflix on May 18.
