Fox Set To Adapt Supernatural Drama Houdini and Doyle

Fox plans to adopt Houdini and Doyle, based on the real friendship between Houdini and the creator of Sherlock. Will you be tuning in?

A strange pair will be headed our way in only a matter of time. Fox is adapting a crime-supernatural series that will focus on Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and Harry Houdini. A series focusing on a world-renowned author and a famous illusionist?  Count me in. Seriously.

This 10-episode series was inspired by a real-life friendship between the Houdini and the genius that created Sherlock Holmes and John Watson.

The series will follow the adventures of Houdini and Doyle as they unwillingly  team up to solve the supernatural mysteries and crimes surrounding them. The series will be executive produced by House creator David Shore and will be written by David Hoselton (House) and David Titcher (The Librarians). The series description contains essences of the BBC series Sherlock, minus the supernatural bit.

Are you ready to be enchanted by Houdini and Doyle?
