TGIT! We have been dying to learn what happened at after the mid season finale. Asher is in custody, Laurel is in critical condition, and Annalise has her baby. Oh and Simon had been shot. 

We hear Connor on the phone with Michaela and Connor says that Simon is dead. Connor is on the phone with Annalise, and Annalise tells him how Laurel had the baby and is at the hospital. He admits that something went down. He tells her someone got shot, but Laurel's mystery goon, Dominick, is lurking in the shadows. 

Connor runs to Nate for help and who is still there but Bonnie. 

Back in jail Asher is begging for his phone call. 

Frank rushes to the hospital and finds Annalise. Annalise wants to blame Frank, but knows that she can't. They want answers from the doctors so Frank says that he is the babies father. They are able to see the baby and he is stable, but not out of the woods. Laurel is in the same condition. 

The Department of Human Services is outside asking about Laurel's life. They want to notice if there are any changes in her life. They are insinuating that Laurel is unfit and have done drugs. Someone must of sent them in the wrong direction to intervene. Who then shows up to the hospital but Laurel's father. Did Dominick tip him off? 

Mr. Castillo is the one that tipped them off and he has been granted the custody of the child. Annalise goes all attourney on the department and they allow Frank to see Laurel. But who has legal custody? We don't want Mr. Castillo to. 

Annalise also gets the department to hand over all legal documents. Seems like someone has framed Laurel and made it look like she has a history of substance abuse and that there in cocaine in her system. Annalise calls Isaac and asks him to come get Laurel out of the psych ward. 

Michaela thinks Asher is in jail because he told the truth. He thinks that Nate is there to help him but he can't. 

Michaela and Oliver are being questioned, they are claiming that Simon was going crazy over his immigration status. They also use him as the fall guy. Asher is at the jail telling Nate the real story. Asher told the cops that he picked up the gun, so Oliver and Michaela realize they need to the same thing. They claim he was in shock and that is why it happens. 

Now Bonnie has joined the party and is at Annalise's apartment. The cops are treating the elevator like a crime scene only because Annalise lives there and they think she is lying about Laurel's story. 

At the hospital, Annalise is telling Isaac about how Laurel's father made up a history of mental illness. She asks him to do an evaluation, and he says no. So she blackmails him. She says she will hand him and his ex-wife in to the board. 

Michaela is trying to convince Tegan that Asher needs him and he did not shoot Simon. Tegan tells Michaela that Tegan's job is on the line if Michaela does not tell the truth about how Simon got her key card. Michaela claims that Simon stole it when she had her clutch, but smart Tegan does not believe these lies. 

Isaac goes to Laurel's room. Laurel is waking up and sees Frank. We are starting to see that flash forward they have been showing us. Laurel is freaking out about the baby and Frank tells her that her father has the baby. Isaac calls Annalise to tell her that Laurel is awake. 

The Department of Human Services tells Annalise that Mr. Castillo has already authorized the baby to be moved. She runs after him but probably can't do anything. He asks him if he loves Laurel, and that she will never recover if he takes her. Annalise freaks out and Laurel also freaks out. Annalise starts yelling that he is going to hurt the baby, but again nothing is done. Unfortunately, we are thinking the same thing. 

Laurel is sedated and is trying to listen in, but can't. Isaac Roa is fighting with the Department of Human Services. Laurel is having flash backs to what happened in the elevator. Annalise can't handle what just happened and is sitting in the shower. Michaela is staring into the NICU but can't find the baby. She is asking Isaac is he is dead, and keeps yelling everyone dies. She falls into Isaac's arms, but his phone rings. It's Bonnie. 

Bonnie is now on the scene at Caplan and Gold. Bonnie asks Oliver who has the hard drive. He says Laurel has it, but Oliver does not know everything else that has happened. 

Back at the hospital, Isaac is trying to calm Michaela. Michaela lets out that Laurel was told to stop taking her anti-depressants by her OBGYN. Could this help Laurel's case?

Annelise brings herself to seeing Laurel. Laurel is handcuffed to the bed and Annalise makes the nurse take them off. All Annalise says to Laurel is that they will get him back, but Laurel feels like she doesn't deserve him. She says Dominick called her last night and warned her not to do this. Dominick also says that her father knows she was pregnant and he also knows they were going after the hard drive. Laurel thinks she is unfit to be a mother. 

Back at Caplan and Gold, Dominick is talking to Tegan and Tegan claims that nothing is missing from the hard drive room. Dominick wants Oliver's name and Tegan gives it up. 

Michaela calls for Asher and they can't find him. Oliver and Connor show up at the hospital and Michaela's bag is no where to be found. 

Guess who walks in. Bonnie and she has Michaela's bag. The drive is missing. Someone must have taken it before it was put in custody. Annalise thinks that Mr. Castillo took the baby for collateral in exchange for the drive. 

Annalise and Isaac are in argument about what is right for Laurel and if can clear her. Isaac does not believe the whole story. Annalise throws his daughters suicide in his face. 

Bonnie and Nate are at the station going over the testimony and they all think it sounds too perfect. Bonnie tells the other lawyer that she can have this case thrown out in two seconds, which ruffles some feathers. Bonnie says wait for more proof, which we know they will destroy before it gets anywhere. 

Asher finally shows up to the hospital and shares the news that Simon is alive. Oliver is happy that he is alive, but Michaela is not happy because their stories will not match. Oliver gets angry that the group is hoping that he dies. 

Annalise is back with Laurel and she shows her a picture of the baby. Laurel thanks Annalise for saving the baby. Things have come full circle for Annalise. Laurel has a plan to get the baby back. 

Dominick called someone to track a phone, its Oliver's. But, its goon vs. goon as Frank comes and hits Dominick in the back of the head. 

Frank proudly walks back into the hospital and into Laurel's room. Laurel wants to call Dominick, only that could be a problem. Frank tried to beat him up until he gave the answer to where the hard drive is. Laurel thinks they can turn him, but he doesn't seem to be breaking for Frank. Laurel tries to call him anyway, but Frank has his phone. 

After Dominick pushed the envelope with Frank, Frank broke his neck. Frank is the "He" who is dead. 

Oliver tried to see Simon, but security would not let him. Oliver was pleased because that means no one else can get to him. Annalise finally confronts the whole group again. She tells them "he never learned." Who never learned? Frank? 

Frank went through Dominick's phone and who was there a message from but Wes. Wes tries to warn him that they are all in trouble. 

Well, things just got interesting! We can't wait to keep watching. Just like every HTGAWM episode, so many questions answered, and yet so many more asked! We will be watching next Thursday on ABC at 10:00 p.m EST to find out what happens next!
