Ian McKellen says “I will Derek” in response to Derek Jacobi’s mock marriage proposal. Today the two turned the volume up to 11 and let loose to Queen’s “We Are the Champions” in order to celebrate Friday’s 5-4 Supreme Court ruling which now makes gay marriage legal in all 50 of the United States. The confetti and proposal only added color to their jubilant reaction.

McKellen and Jacobi, who will be grand marshals at New York’s Pride Parade this weekend, donned their Stonewall Inn (credited as the birthplace of the modern Gay Rights movement) shirts for their Vine post on BuzzFeed. The only thing they were missing was a pint of Ben and Jerry’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream which will bear the new moniker I Dough, I Dough to celebrate the decision.
